The User will have the right to obtain a copy of the data held abroad and to obtain information about the place where such data are stored by making an express request to the Owner.
7. DATA STORAGE - The Data are processed and stored for the time required by the purposes for which they were collected.
8. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY - the interested party has the right:
* access, rectification, cancellation, limitation and opposition to the processing of data;
* to obtain data from the Data Controller without hindrance in a structured format of common use and readable by an automatic device;
* to revoke the consent to the processing, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing itself based on the consent acquired before the revocation;
* to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor Authority for the Protection of Personal Data.
