The project, which began in 2020, suffered a significant postponement due to the Covid-19. The Creativi108 staff coordinating the project almost gave up. Thanks to the extension of the duration of the Italian INDIRE agency, we are about to reach our final step.
We will be in Poland with more than 40 women from Europe (Portugal, Poland, the Netherlands and Italy). The event will be led by Creativi108 with the cooperative learning methodology. The program is intense but thanks to the mentors who are also committed during the blended training we have had considerable support. The participants are in fibrilation, some have never visited Poland, others don't speak English perfectly, but this will not be a limit.
The online mentoring sections made in their home country contributed to the initiation of collaborations and sharing among the participants. One of the objectives of the EHN project, in fact, was to strengthen peer-to-peer learning models among women in the handmakers sector.
